About The Position

TRAC Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). The role provides 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision and is suited to people entering the behavioral health field, including teachers, tutors, CNAs, and caregivers. No ABA experience is required; paid training is provided.

Afternoon and evening availability is required. Client assignments depend on availability and current service needs, and scheduling may vary with caseload and location. Services are provided across Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee Counties. A personal vehicle and willingness to travel between client homes are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; transcripts are required.
• Reliable transportation, including a personal vehicle, and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.
• Afternoon and evening availability.

• Dependable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team.
