Join the Tucson team to help children with autism develop communication, social, and everyday living skills. The role involves working one-on-one with children in home and community settings, using play and positive reinforcement. You will follow each child’s treatment plan under the guidance and regular supervision of a BCBA, support children in learning safer alternatives to challenging behaviors, collect progress data, write session notes, and partner with families to help skills carry over at home. The position offers daytime, part-time work. Certified RBTs earn $28 per hour with at least one year of experience; Behavior Technicians who have completed the 40-hour RBT training earn $26 per hour. Paid family cancellations and paid BCBA fieldwork supervision hours are also offered.
