About The Position
Sunflower Development Center is hiring passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism while working in a supportive, collaborative, and clinically focused environment. Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- BT candidates welcome; training available
- Experience working with children preferred
- Background in ABA, education, psychology, special education, childcare, human services, or related fields is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to receive coaching and implement feedback

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, play, adaptive living, and daily living skills
- Support behavior reduction programs using positive and evidence-based approaches
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and caregivers
- Help children build independence and meaningful life skills
