About The Position

Adventure ABA, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians for Autism to support children and families across the West Valley, including Goodyear, Glendale, Surprise, Avondale, and surrounding communities. This role offers the flexibility to choose between part-time (primarily in-home or school sessions) and full-time (mix of in-home sessions and clinic-based support). No prior experience in ABA is required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent will receive supported Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and ongoing clinical team support. The company is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy company focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for both clients and team members. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism, helping them build essential life skills through structured and play-based learning.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the West Valley area

Responsibilities

Implementing individualized therapy plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Engaging children in play-based and structured learning activities
Supporting development of communication, social, and daily living skills
Collecting session data to track progress
