Behavior Technician for Autism – Part Time or Full Time | West Valley (Goodyear, Glendale, Surprise, Avondale) Want a job that works with your schedule-and makes a real difference? Adventure ABA, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians for Autism to support children and families across the West Valley, including Goodyear, Glendale, Surprise, Avondale, and surrounding communities . This role offers the flexibility to choose what works best for you: Part-Time: Primarily in-home or school sessions Full-Time: Mix of in-home sessions and clinic-based support No experience in ABA? No problem. With a high school diploma or equivalent , you'll receive supported Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training plus ongoing support from our clinical team to help you succeed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the West Valley area

Responsibilities

  • Implementing individualized therapy plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Engaging children in play-based and structured learning activities
  • Supporting development of communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collecting session data to track progress
