This role offers the flexibility to choose what works best for you: Part-Time: Primarily in-home or school sessions Full-Time: Mix of in-home sessions and clinic-based support No experience in ABA? No problem. With a high school diploma or equivalent , you'll receive supported Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training plus ongoing support from our clinical team to help you succeed. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the West Valley area

Responsibilities

Implementing individualized therapy plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Engaging children in play-based and structured learning activities
