About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to join their team. This role involves working 1:1 with children aged 1-12 with developmental delays or autism in their homes. The technician will implement lesson plans, track client progress, and coach caregivers on ABA principles. The company has over 20 years of experience and is recognized as a Top Workplace. Training is provided hands-on, and technicians are paid their full rate during training.

Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
Ages 21+
Possess a car with a license and insurance.
