Our Victory Learning Center Programs offers specialized educational services for students who are diagnosed with Autism or a Cognitive Disability paired with a mental health diagnosis. There are two separate sites conveniently located in Lackawanna, NY, with a third site opening in September 2026! Our schools service students ages 5-21, who are residentially placed or are referred through their local school district's Committee on Special Education. The Intensive Treatment Program (ITP) will include working with adolescents, typically 12 – 21 years old that are diagnosed on the Autism spectrum with mental health concerns and developmental or intellectual disabilities. The Behavior Technician- ITP working in a residential and educational setting is responsible for the delivery of evidence-based methods to support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability and mental health involvement. The methods include Applied Behavior Analysis approaches; classroom observation; observation in residential setting; data collection; supporting staff to implement individual behavior protocols and behavior intervention plans; and treatment integrity monitoring. In addition, regular assistance with personal hygiene tasks is required. Each individual also may be assigned to one or more special projects including administrative and organization tasks associated with these assignments.
