About The Position

Great Livin' LLC is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and growth-oriented clinician to join our team as a Behavior Support Clinician. This position is ideal for recent graduates of Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related programs, pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure, and clinicians seeking meaningful experience in trauma-informed and person-centered behavioral support services. This role offers the opportunity to receive direct clinical mentorship and supervision while developing skills in positive behavior supports, behavioral assessment, clinical documentation, interdisciplinary teamwork, and staff coaching and consultation. We are excited to continue growing our supportive clinical team and have recently implemented a reimbursement rate increase.
