Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Behavior Support Aide. Responsibilities
- Support students throughout the school day by reinforcing positive behavior and engagement.
- Assist with implementing behavior strategies and routines as directed by the school team.
- Help de-escalate challenging situations and maintain a calm, safe environment.
- Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and daily activities.
- Provide support during transitions, specials, lunch, recess, and other school routines.
