To assist campus admin, teachers and staff with a variety of behavioral support duties including assisting with the supervision of ISS (In-School Suspension). This role involves adhering to federal, state and local policies and procedures, participating in professional growth activities, and assisting in carrying out behavioral programs for students. The aide will support administrators in modeling and coaching students with behavioral challenges, collecting and maintaining student behavior data, and providing instruction and behavior intervention strategies under supervision. Responsibilities also include overseeing student work, character education activities, maintaining discipline, and assisting with teacher assignments and student work delivery. Confidentiality regarding student membership in ISS is crucial.
