Requirements
- NJ BCBA license
- 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
- Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
