About The Position
The Center for Disability Services is hiring a Behavior Services Clinician to work in its Residential programs, which provide varied residential services to adults age 18 and older based on their individual interests and needs. The clinician provides behavioral consultation to people in assigned programs and develops proactive behavioral support programming as part of an interdisciplinary team. Documentation must comply with applicable regulatory and programmatic requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Sciences.
- Strong clinical background and experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral consultation regarding people in assigned programs.
- Develop proactive behavioral support programming.
- Document services in accordance with regulatory and programmatic requirements.
- Serve as an integral team member.
