About The Position

California Behavioral Treatment Center is expanding its team of compassionate professionals. We provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents across Los Angeles County, with a strong commitment to culturally responsive care. The Behavior Interventionist will work directly with children, support families, follow treatment plans, and help each child grow in a way that honors their culture, identity, and values. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Requirements

High School Diploma – REQUIRED
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass the TB test.
Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).
Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Benefits

Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin
