About The Position
California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join their growing team. This role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. The Behavior Interventionist will work one-on-one with clients to help them develop communication, social, and self-help skills, while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma – REQUIRED
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass the TB test.
- Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
- Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
