About The Position
Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass TB test.
- Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
- Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience & education).
- Mileage reimbursement: Paid per mile.
- Drive time compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.
