The Connecticut Humane Society (CHS) is seeking a creative, compassionate, and experienced Behavior Coordinator for its Newington Shelter team. This role is vital in preparing animals for successful adoptions and improving their quality of life while in shelter care. The Behavior Coordinator will be a driving force behind the shelter’s behavior and enrichment program, helping animals overcome behavioral challenges and transition successfully into homes. This position involves working closely with Shelter Managers, behavior technicians, other shelter staff, and volunteers.
