About The Position

Behavior Analyst role with no billable hours, no evenings or weekends, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Hands-on clinical work supporting adults in structured day programs with a focus on real-world outcomes. At Dungarvin, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living as independently as possible through person-centered, community-based services. Our programs focus on real-life outcomes, consistency, and long-term progress. This Behavior Analyst role is designed for clinicians who want to stay hands-on and clinically engaged, working directly with staff and individuals in day program settings rather than operating in a clinic-only environment. You’ll support behavior services across our adult day programs in Fairfield and Vacaville, helping teams implement effective strategies, strengthen consistency, and create meaningful progress over time. This is not a remote position and requires regular on-site presence in programs. You will be working directly with staff and individuals in a hands-on environment. The role is focused on clinical support and collaboration, not supervision or staff management. If you are looking for a stable weekday schedule, meaningful clinical work with adults, building relationships with staff, seeing real progress over time, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive organization, this role offers that balance.
