Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB is required. Hybrid Flexible Schedule: Opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours with Monday–Friday. No expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions - you're in full control. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB is required.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • This position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
  • Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
  • Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
  • Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
