Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding
Responsibilities
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
- Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
- Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
- Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
