Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services in a clinician-led organization. The role offers a hybrid flexible schedule, with opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours and a Monday–Friday schedule. Saturday work is not expected unless the employee chooses to schedule make-up sessions. BCBAs manage balanced caseloads with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training, and have flexibility in choosing when clinical care hours are delivered. The organization provides support-center assistance for intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling so clinicians can focus on clinical work. The position includes more than 60 hours of onboarding and ongoing clinical support, monthly continuing education units, an annual research conference, weekly Clinical Development office hours, access to 75+ approved CEU courses, and advancement opportunities from BCBA to Clinical Director. Employment is at-will, with no contracts or non-competes. Autism Learning Partners is a full-service ABA provider specializing in autism and other developmental disabilities. Its approach involves collaboration with doctors, therapists, families, schools, and specialists, and the organization describes a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
