About The Position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities within the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD). This role involves program development, supervision of ABA therapists, parent and teacher training, and participation in business, marketing, and philanthropic activities to promote the program. The BCBA will actively engage with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a developmental field (e.g., education, psychology, speech-language).
  • Board Certification (BCBA) by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
  • At least one year of experience providing direct ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Experience supervising therapists.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized individual.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
  • Availability by phone/email as needed by clinical staff and CADD Director.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience consulting with families, educational, and clinical staff.
  • Five years of experience preferred.
