About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB is required. This is a primarily remote position with quarterly travel to the East Bay, CA area. All required travel will be covered by Autism Learning Partners. Candidates must reside within the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zones to be considered. No exceptions can be made to this location requirement.

Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Must reside within the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zones.
• Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
