About The Position

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in-home cases. We offer initial onboarding support with over 60 hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also provides weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed. We provide monthly CEUs, an annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives. We offer 23 days off annually between holidays, including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO that begins to accrue from Day 1. Enjoy flexible scheduling with opportunities to work from home, including Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons. There is no expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions. We do not require contracts or non-compete agreements, valuing flexibility and trust. Our Support Center resources address administrative needs, including client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, and scheduling.

Requirements

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
This position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for.

Responsibilities

Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs that include continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving, to help each client reach their potential.
Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Base Salary: $82,000 to $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)
