About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every client has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in South Tampa, FL! This role offers an average of just 5 clients per BCBA, allowing for a focus on quality care, and includes 20% dedicated supervision time. The position is primarily clinic-based for collaboration and consistency, with one work-from-home day per week after completing initial requirements. It operates Monday to Friday with no weekend work. The compensation ranges from $85K–$102K/year, including salary and monthly bonus plans. A sign-on bonus or relocation assistance of $5,000 is offered, along with PTO and comprehensive benefits. Both Full Time and Part Time opportunities are available, with an hourly rate for part-time employees and a sign-on bonus for full-time employees. Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
