About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Brandon, FL! This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on quality care with an average of just 5 clients per BCBA and 20% dedicated supervision time. The position is primarily clinic-based for collaboration and consistency, with one work-from-home day per week after meeting certain criteria. We offer Monday to Friday schedules with no weekends, a competitive salary range with monthly bonus plans, and a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance. Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
