This is a hybrid role, with 50% supervision in-person support and 50% telehealth, supporting clients in Hanford and surrounding cities. We offer comprehensive onboarding support, including over 60 hours of training in the first 3-4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team provides weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed. We also offer monthly CEUs, an annual in-house conference with leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives. We value flexibility and trust, which is why we do not require contracts or non-compete agreements. Your employment is fully at-will, allowing you to grow with us on your own terms. We have a clear path to making values-based clinical decisions based entirely on what is best for your client and family. We offer a clear promotion framework from BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, and Senior Clinical Director. For new BCBA certificants, we offer the 8-hour supervision course approved by the BACB. We also provide study support for BCBA candidates and in-house RBT courses to ensure your team is fully prepared. Our Support Center addresses administrative needs including client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, and scheduling.
