This is a hybrid role, with 50% supervision in-person support and 50% telehealth, supporting clients in Hanford and surrounding cities. We offer comprehensive onboarding support, including over 60 hours of training in the first 3-4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team provides weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed. We also offer monthly CEUs, an annual in-house conference with leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives. We offer a clear promotion framework from BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, and Senior Clinical Director. For new BCBA certificants, we offer the 8-hour supervision course approved by the BACB. We also provide study support for BCBA candidates and in-house RBT courses to ensure your team is fully prepared. Our Support Center addresses administrative needs including client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • This position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
  • Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs that include continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving, to help each client reach their potential.
  • Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $84,000 to $89,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
  • Sign-On: $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Bonus: Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)
