About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Brandon, FL! This role offers small caseloads for quality care, dedicated supervision time, a primarily clinic-based setting for collaboration, and one work-from-home day per week after initial requirements are met. Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
