About The Position

This role offers small caseloads for quality care, 20% dedicated supervision time, a primarily clinic-based setting for collaboration and consistency, and one work-from-home day per week after meeting certain criteria. The position offers a salary range of $85K–$102K/year, with opportunities for monthly bonus plans. A sign-on bonus or relocation assistance of $5,000 is available, along with PTO and comprehensive benefits. Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
