About The Position

Join the largest female clinician-led ABA agency in the country and work with people who just get it. At Autism Learning Partners, we’re all about growing together, learning from each other, and actually making a difference! Whether you're fresh in the field or leveling up, you'll find mentorship, career growth, and a whole community of BCBAs ready to cheer you on! This is a hybrid role where up to 50% of direct supervision may be conducted remotely when clinically appropriate, with most case management and indirect work completed remotely. We offer initial onboarding support with over 60 hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also provides weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed. We provide monthly CEUs, an annual in-house conference with leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives. We offer 23 days off annually, including holidays, 1 floating holiday, and 15 days of PTO that accrues from Day 1. We have flexible scheduling opportunities, including Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons, with no expectation of Saturday work unless desired for make-up sessions. We do not require contracts or non-compete agreements, valuing flexibility and trust. Your employment is fully at-will. We have an org chart with only BCBAs between you and the CEO, Dr. Gina Chang, BCBA-D. We provide a clear path to make values-based clinical decisions based entirely on what is best for your client and family. We offer a generous health insurance package, a 401(k) Retirement Program with employer match, and employer-paid short-term disability. As a CASP Provider, ALP grants access to CASP’s entire CEU library (over 75 CEU-approved courses) plus 10 CEUs annually via ALP events. We have a clear promotion framework from BCBA to Senior Clinical Director. For new BCBA certificants, we offer the 8-hour supervision course approved by the BACB. We offer unlimited referral bonuses, a reasonable expectation of billable hours, and the opportunity to partner with our internal DEI council. We provide study support for BCBA candidates and in-house RBT courses. Our Support Center addresses administrative needs including client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, and scheduling.
