About The Position
The Plaistow YMCA is seeking a dedicated Site Director (Site Coordinator) for their Before School Program, which runs from 6:30 AM to 8:15 AM. This part-time role is ideal for paraprofessionals or school staff looking for additional hours, or for individuals pursuing a career in education or childcare. The position offers a supportive, low-ratio environment where the Site Director will oversee a small group of elementary-aged children, ensuring a safe, calm, and positive start to their day. Responsibilities include managing light programming, supervising staff (if applicable), and building strong relationships with students, families, and school partners. Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet the requirements for a Site Director in the state of New Hampshire
- Must be certified in NH - current resume, transcripts, and work experience must be available for interview
