Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or education
- Passion for children's education and development
- Reliable transportation to report up to twice per day
Responsibilities
- Implement the Leading Edge curriculum with enthusiasm and care
- Maintain program quality according to company and state standards
- Complete administrative tasks and licensing requirements
- Provide exceptional communication with parents and school administration
- Maintain appropriate student-to-teacher ratios
- Demonstrate strong leadership and confidentiality
- Create a positive, enriching environment for students
- Travel between multiple program locations in the Media, PA area
