About The Position
AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students. As an AlphaBEST Program Leader, you will help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help children learn, grow, and thrive in a fun, safe environment.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or higher
- 48 College Credit Hours
- Passed a Paraeducator Exam
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment.
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely.
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities.
- Keep the space clean and organized.
- Help create an environment where children feel supported and included.
- Build strong relationships with teammates, children, and school staff.
