Requirements

• An interest in the well-being of school age children, enthusiasm, patience, good humor, good judgment and a good spirit
• The ability to clearly communicate and effectively listen to children parents/guardians, members, school administration and other Y associates
• The ability to be flexible and work at multiple locations
• The ability to work between the hours of 7am – 6pm
• The ability to work up to morning or afternoon shifts

Responsibilities

• Participate in facilitating activities for school-aged children that foster overall character building.
• Assist in keeping the health and welfare of all children in mind at all times.
• Provide enrichment activities to youth and peace of mind to their parents and guardians by knowing their children are safe while they are at work.
