About The Position

AlphaBEST Education is hiring Group Leaders for its before- and after-school programs for the 2026/2027 school year at Warren Elementary Schools. The programs offer extended-day and enrichment activities intended to inspire and engage students as they learn in a fun, safe environment. Group Leaders guide students through daily curriculum activities and help create a supportive, inclusive setting where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The role offers hands-on experience and training, particularly for people exploring education, leadership, or related fields.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Enjoy working with children in a structured, high-energy environment.
• Take child safety seriously and follow procedures closely.
• Be flexible, reliable, and ready to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities
