About The Position

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. For those who have experience supporting students, the Site Director role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
