About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is hiring for their Before & After School Programs for the 2026-2027 school year. They are looking for candidates for Site Director, Group Leader, and Assistant Group Leader positions. These roles are ideal for individuals with experience in teaching, classroom leadership, school administration, program coordination, paraprofessional or instructional support, youth programs, mentoring, or tutoring. Retired educators and school professionals are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Minimum 460 hours of childcare experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience in teaching or classroom leadership
- Experience in school administration or program coordination
- Experience in paraprofessional or instructional support roles
- Experience in youth programs, mentoring, or tutoring
- Retired educators and school professionals
