About The Position

The Beer Merchandiser travels to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along an assigned local route to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products. The role includes moving products between backrooms and display floors, organizing backstock, and documenting merchandising execution with company systems and technology. It is full-time, with a 6:00 a.m. start time, and offers independent work on a local route close to home. Pay is $19.00 per hour, plus a monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement. Employment offers are contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age requirement in the state.
• Must have reliable personal automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
• Must maintain auto insurance coverage meeting company and state-law minimums.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools.
• 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Transport product between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support appropriate inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
