About The Position
The Beauty Consultant provides a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable shopping experience for clients. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant stays current on beauty products, techniques, and trends, supports merchandise presentation and availability, and models the company’s beauty business values and culture.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Approach clients in a friendly, proactive manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
