About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A day in the life involves sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover great deals. Responsibilities also include keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, completing inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed, and diffusing customer situations with timely and effective resolution. The role also requires working with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
