About The Position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. This role involves assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as an advisor on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive knowledge and training, while employees are expected to bring their passion and personality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
