About The Position

The Beauty Advisor is a sales associate at The Cosmetics Company Store who uses creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store customer experience. The role educates and delights customers and contributes to a high-performing team through in-store events and visual merchandising that meets the store’s standards and helps it stand out from competitors. The position is part-time and seasonal. Retail sales qualifications or experience are preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate creative and technical expertise.

Requirements

Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
