About The Position

Beauty Pie is opening its first permanent retail space within Liberty Store in central London and is seeking exceptional Beauty Advisors. This role involves showcasing high-performance beauty products, acting as a consultant and educator, and introducing the unique membership model to a discerning global clientele. The position is 30 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements

Experience in premium or luxury retail sales, with a deep understanding of luxury service cues.
The ability to engage professionally with all store touchpoints, from prestigious retail partners and floor management to our diverse member base.
A proven track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs, with a natural hunger for achieving commercial growth through service.
A confident, personable and welcoming approach to our members.
Confidence to be intelligently rebellious to achieve individual and collective targets.

Responsibilities

Deliver a "member-first" service that defies traditional beauty retail standards, ensuring a personal, transparent, and genuinely transformative experience.
Provide insightful professional beauty advice across skincare and cosmetics, tailoring every recommendation to each individual’s needs.
Confidently educate both new and existing members on Beauty Pie’s mission to help everyone access the very best in beauty - including how we work with the world’s best labs, using latest ingredients and advanced technologies.
Partner with the Beauty Pie Social Media team to bring our in-store storytelling to life, harnessing digital content creation as a key driver for membership growth and commercial targets.
