About The Position

Boscov's is seeking experienced Retail Cosmetics Sales Consultants who are passionate about helping others and marketing products to join their growing retail team at the cosmetics counter. This role involves assisting with customer events, discussing sales strategies with management, and acting as an ambassador for the product line. Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends availability

Responsibilities

Selling merchandise
Product knowledge of cosmetic products
Providing customer service by fulfilling customers’ merchandise needs
Maintaining the appearance of the selling floor and stock area
Accurately and efficiently completing all paperwork and transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures
Tracking daily/weekly sales and completing reports
Maintaining an awareness of advertised merchandise
Maintaining stock by assisting in receiving, straightening, and replenishing merchandise
