About The Position
The Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate provides a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role combines creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for working with people. As part of a high-performing team, the advisor contributes to in-store events and maintains strong visual merchandising standards. The position offers training and development and may be a first step toward a progressive career in prestige beauty. Makeup artistry certification or retail makeup experience is desirable, but applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Makeup artistry certification or qualification.
- Previous retail makeup experience.
- Amateur-level makeup experience is welcome when accompanied by demonstrated creative and technical expertise.
