About The Position

The Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate will use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role also contributes to a high-performing team, creates impact through in-store events, and maintains high visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time seasonal opportunity at The Cosmetics Company Store in Sunrise, Florida. The anticipated hourly pay range is $18.00 to $21.00, with the exact rate depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The position is also eligible for a competitive bonus program. Requirements

• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.

• Qualification or certification in make-up artistry.
• Previous retail make-up experience.
• Amateur-level make-up experience is also welcomed if the applicant can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
