About The Position

Gemma Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician/Cosmetologist to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will provide hair care services to children in our residential treatment program, including haircuts, shampooing, conditioning, scalp massages, and guidance on maintaining their hairstyles. You will be responsible for providing all necessary materials and supplies, with the exception of a utility sink for shampooing, which will be provided by the company. This is a fee-for-service position.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have a valid cosmetology license.
• Must have a strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Must work well with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with hair care services including haircut, shampoo, conditioning, and scalp massage.
• Provide instruction on how to maintain hairstyle until the next appointment.
• Perform additional services as agreed upon by both parties.
• Provide all materials and supplies needed for the children's haircare.
