The Beaches Manager is a highly skilled, flexible leader responsible for providing operational support across all resort dining venues. This position ensures continuity of leadership by filling in for restaurant managers during PTO, days off, or open position periods, while also performing critical quality assurance, training, and developmental responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of luxury service standards, the ability to adapt seamlessly to different venue styles and concepts, and a proven record of leading high-performing teams. This role is central to maintaining brand standards, developing managerial talent, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the Food & Beverage division.
