Requirements
- A sunny disposition and a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with guests and team members.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a beach environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with their beach needs, including setting up chairs and umbrellas
- Maintain a clean and inviting beach area by tidying up regularly and ensuring all equipment is in top shape.
- Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and courteously.
- Assist with beach inventory management and report any equipment or safety concerns to management.
- Promote resort amenities and special events to enhance the guest experience.
