The Beach Club Host will accommodate and greet guests with aloha, ensuring their seating arrangements are as requested. This role involves managing beach reservations using software, including upselling halau reservations, answering phones promptly and courteously, and handling guest inquiries professionally. The host will also be responsible for setting up floor plans, creating guest profiles, checking menus for cleanliness, stocking host area supplies, and maintaining a clean environment. Communication with staff will be conducted via radio and wirekit. Additionally, the host may sell beach club retail items and assist other team members as needed. A strong demonstration of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions are essential. Maintaining knowledge of resort facilities and operations is also required. Availability for all shifts and hours as required is necessary.
