Requirements

Knowledge of mixology, wine, and alcohol awareness
Previous bartending experience at a fine resort or equivalent
The ability to act in a professional manner and be courteous.

Responsibilities

Stock and set up bar area as required.
Prepare and serve drinks.
Maintain all forms and reports as required.
Maintain bar and lounge areas as required.
Perform various janitorial duties as needed.
Operate all bartending equipment such as mixers, blenders, dispensers, and washers.
Assist in training new employees.
Comply with all company standards, i.e., grooming standards, standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
